Q: When is the event?
A: The event takes place on Friday Night May 9th. Doors open at 7:00pm

Q: Is the show for 19+ only?
A: Though the event is licensed to serve alcohol to 19+ ticket holders, this event is open to all ages. We want all of Jake’s friends and family to be there. Be sure to bring Government photo ID if you plan on drinking during the show.

Q: How many bands are paying?
A: We have 4 live bands (Street Pharmacy, Trouble & Daughter, Poor Young Things and Dwayne Gretzky) along with a live DJ.

Q: What sort of prizes can I win?
A: We are raffling off several great prizes (iPad Mini, 4 Burner Gas Grill, Living Outdoor Fireplace) as well as our silent auction which will have dozens of incredible things you can bid on. Q: How can I get a ticket?
A: Tickets are available from MT Bellies, Benedicts Breakfast andAP Brown Jewellers and you can also get them from the Hughes family or many of Jake’s friends. you can always email themostgenuineguy@gmail.com if you need help getting tickets. Limited amounts of tickets are also available at the door

Q: How else can I help support the benefit?
A: Donate online by purchasing a ticket at http://ow.ly/wDk2M, donate a prize or auction item, buy a limited edition “Team Hughes” shirt, spread the word about the benefit or hang a poster at your workplace. Contact us to ask how you can help.

Q: Where is the money going?
A: A memorial bursary has been established at Notre Dame High School in Welland which will be a primary recipient of the funds. Jake’s parents also wish to make a donation to the Welland Special Olympics organization which was very special to Jake.
